We are an appointments based clinic, however in any urgent cases we are happy to see you without an appointment.
For walk-in patients, please expect longer waiting times and arrive at the clinic prior to 4:00pm (subject to doctor availability).

We perform various medical, surgical and skin procedures. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the procedure. Doctors will be happy to discuss this with you prior to the procedure.

Bulk Billing at My Clinic Plus East
My Clinic Plus East is proud to be a fully bulk billing clinic. This means most consultations are billed directly to Medicare at no out-of-pocket cost to you.
We believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. Simply bring your Medicare card to your appointment and we'll take care of the rest.
Please note: skin consultations and travel consultations are privately billed. Fees for these services will be discussed with you prior to your appointment.

Northwest Pathology collection services are available on site at My Clinic Plus East.

For pathology requests, please bring your referral from your GP. Walk-ins welcome during collection hours.

If you have respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms, please opt for telephone consultations. Face-to-face appointments require a negative PCR/RAT test within 72 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.
